  • BackOffice Support: Provide BackOffice user support, including handling technical issues, processing change requests, and reporting bugs.
  • Task Creation: Create new tasks based on requests from the Settlement Office team.
  • User Interaction: Interact with internal users on issues related to current operations.
  • Report Building: Build and validate daily reports.
  • Functionality Validation: Validate new functionalities in production and create user documentation.


  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in technical support of IT products, preferably in fintech.
  • Excel Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Excel.
  • SQL Proficiency: Proficiency in SQL.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills.
  • Responsibility: High level of responsibility and self-organization.
