Job Description

Spotware Systems is seeking a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing top-tier service and support. Join our office in Limassol to assist clients and colleagues with the technical and functional aspects of our products. Flexibility and initiative in day-to-day business activities are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team to deliver exceptional B2B support consistently.
  • Investigate and resolve issues raised by clients or internal teams, escalating when necessary.
  • Communicate with clients, internal teams, and third parties to resolve tasks.
  • Create and maintain internal and external documentation.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of both Forex and the platform to deliver the best possible service.

Requirements:

  • Over 2 years of experience in technical support or a related IT role.
  • Experience with Operating System and Application level support.
  • Strong problem-solving and investigative skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workload.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work a 24/5 weekly shift rotation (following a one-month training period).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with trading platforms.
  • Experience with or supporting API integrations.
  • Knowledge of the FIX protocol.
  • Programming or scripting skills.
