Job Opportunity: Systems Engineer for Technology Infrastructure Department

Our client is looking for a dynamic Systems Engineer to join their Technology Infrastructure Department in Nicosia. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.


  • Design, implement, and maintain the company’s systems infrastructure.
  • Maintain and support workstations, servers, operating systems, application software, automation tools, virtualization, and storage systems.
  • Prepare and implement configuration changes and system upgrades to support new projects, meet compliance requirements, and replace outdated technology.
  • Monitor systems, perform preventive maintenance, and identify and fix defects.
  • Apply new software versions and patches, and mitigate system vulnerabilities.
  • Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning.
  • Implement and maintain system backup and redundancy strategies.
  • Ensure systems comply with company security and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Provide support and assistance to users and customers.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional certifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Greek and English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Exchange Server, Office 365, and VMware virtualization infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with storage systems, antivirus, and backup systems.
  • Experience with monitoring, management, and automation tools.
  • Fluent Greek and English are required.
