Position: Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Designers to define and prioritize product features and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including functional specifications, system architecture diagrams, API documentation, and user manuals to ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
  • Ensure that both the development and testing teams have a clear understanding of product requirements and priorities.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for all product-related matters, addressing any stakeholder concerns promptly.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to influence product strategy and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Systems Analyst.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in database structuring and SQL querying.
  • Expertise in process modeling notations like IDEF and BPMN.
  • Proficiency in using Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system visualization and documentation.
  • Solid understanding of client-server architecture, APIs, RESTful services, and microservices.
  • In-depth knowledge of software development processes, particularly Scrum.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
