Job Opportunity: Support Engineer at 3CX

Can you analyze customer issues and devise optimal solutions? Due to strong continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Support Engineer to join the 3CX team and play an important role in the company’s expansion plans.

The Role

Support Engineers provide frontline technical support to 3CX customers and partners within an international team. Even if you lack prior experience in this field, successful candidates will have the opportunity for in-house training on Voice over IP.

About the Job

  • Provide technical support to 3CX partners and customers.
  • Evaluate and resolve technical queries and issues.
  • Guide customers through a series of actions via phone, ticket, or remote session until a technical issue is resolved.
  • Replicate and document issues.
  • Shift Work: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 or 16:00 to 00:30.

About the Applicant

  • Minimum of 2 years of IT experience.
  • Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting IT or software technical issues.
  • Experience working with and troubleshooting issues in Windows/Debian OS.
  • Familiarity with basic network devices and concepts such as IP, DNS, firewalls, and routing.
  • Beneficial experience with AWS, Azure/MS365, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with various client network topologies.
  • Knowledge of VoIP and telecommunications technologies is advantageous.

Personal Skills

  • Strong team player.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Fluent in English (workspace language, Greek not mandatory).
  • Knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage.
