We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and hard-working individual to join our Nicosia office as a Software Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or junior-level professionals seeking a career in a professional environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level user support for the firm’s software.
  • Maintain process flow, configuration, operation, and user documentation for software.
  • Document all processes and provide training as needed.
  • Ensure correct system operation by conducting technical, functional, and integration testing, as well as capacity analysis and system evaluation.
  • Analyze and understand business processes and requirements to identify gaps and improvements.
  • Manage and report data efficiently.


  • BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel for managing and gathering data to produce reports.
  • Experience with Oracle JD Edwards ERP or a similar ERP system is advantageous.
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects or tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in understanding and executing report requests from management or suppliers.
  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented individual eager to adapt to new technologies.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
