Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support on-site and remotely to employees in multiple countries.
  • Support Windows systems and services including desktops, printers, and servers.
  • Maintain IT infrastructure, including wireless and wired networks, passive/active network devices, and LAN/WAN services.
  • Support and maintain the company IP telephony system, end-user phones, and fax services.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues.
  • Perform periodic updates of operating systems and applicable software.
  • Participate effectively in local and global projects.
  • Maintain and update hardware inventories and software licenses.
  • Manage local IT procurement.
  • Create and update documentation, knowledge base, and manuals; support knowledge sharing as part of a Global IT team.
  • Manage user accounts in the company’s CRM system.
  • Adhere to IT and security processes, policies, guidelines, standards, and blueprints.
  • Provide regular reports, such as change requests and incident reports.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude for incoming support requests.
  • Undertake any other related tasks assigned by management.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written knowledge of Greek and English.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Microsoft operating systems: Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012 R2 and above.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft-based infrastructure: AD, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, Azure AD, and MDM is advantageous.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, network appliances, and services.
  • Knowledge of VoIP Telephone systems, specifically Asterisk.
  • Experience in writing technical documentation.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve network and performance-related problems.
  • Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Quick learner and a team player.
