Position Summary

The Analyst, Application Support, as part of a global team, provides day-to-day support for key corporate application systems for Finance, HR, and Payroll. Responsibilities include issue resolution, system configuration, data entry, primary troubleshooting, and engaging 3rd level vendor support. The role involves working with other IT functions to ensure applications are online, available, and secure while adhering to regulatory and corporate guidelines. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with business users to understand their needs and apply technological solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Operational Support: Act as the primary resource for daily operational support for the ERP system and other IT systems, including system configuration, client installation, data entry, troubleshooting, and vendor support engagement.
  • Testing and Coordination: Perform testing and UAT coordination for functional implementations and upgrades in ERP and related IT systems, ensuring quality deliverables.
  • User Training and Support: Provide basic training and support to end users to ensure effective and efficient system use.
  • Documentation: Assist in preparing requirements, functional, and testing specifications, and documentation.
  • Issue Resolution: Support end users in resolving reported issues by working closely with users, IT team, and vendor support.
  • Compliance: Adhere to and comply with SOX requirements in accordance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business analysis and ERP software implementation.
  • Good understanding of hospitality/casino accounting/procurement processes and workflows.
  • Proven skills in gathering business requirements, performing gap analysis, and conducting business impact assessments.

Education:

  • Degree in Accounting, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

Skills:

  • Strong consultative, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Energetic, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with critical deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
