Quality Hospitality: The company owns and operates a bevy of hotels and resorts through Quality Hospitality. Through a strategic partnership with SunnySeeker Hotels, the Quality Hospitality Division helps manage premier hotels, providing upscale accommodations and award-winning restaurants. Some of the noteworthy specially designed properties are Radisson Blu Hotel Larnaca, Gaia Sun N Blue Ayia Napa, and Blue Ivy Hotel and Suites Protaras.

Quality Education: Quality Education is part of the Quality Group of companies and builds student accommodation and associated education facilities. Already, the Quality Education series of accommodation has undertaken the UCLan University Cyprus accommodation buildings, new University of Cyprus student housing in Nicosia, and projects to increase the spread of educational infrastructure in Cyprus.

Quality Medical: Quality Medical is responsible for overall management and expansion of the Timios Stavros Private Hospital and its quality medical facilities.
